Happy New Year to you all – interesting that in the Chinese calendar it will shortly be the Year of the Dragon! There is a lot of fear expressed on the Web and elsewhere for 2012 and not much optimism around. I find to combat negativity it is good to spend some time emptying your mind. Healthwise I think Meditation, Yoga and Tai chi are excellent for just that but it can be five minutes sitting in the garden listening to the birds. The act of taking some time out for stillness, centering, quiet or relaxation is really important part of being healthy I feel.
